This Privacy Policy explains how SunWish Media ("SunWish Media," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the DBT Daily Tracker (the "Tool"). We believe in collecting as little as possible.

Your check-ins stay on your device

The habits you check off in the Tool are saved only in your own web browser, on your own device, using local storage. This information is not sent to us, and we cannot see it. Clearing your browser data will erase it.

Information we collect

• Information you give us — if you join our email list, we collect the email address you provide and, optionally, your first name.
• Information collected automatically — standard, anonymous usage and log data (such as browser type, device, and approximate region) that most websites collect to keep the site running and understand general traffic.

How we use your information

• To send you occasional emails with DBT and mindfulness encouragement and news about new tools, if you have subscribed.
• To respond to you if you contact us.
• To maintain, secure, and improve the Tool.

We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We use trusted third parties to operate the Tool, including Netlify (website hosting and form handling) and an email service provider used to manage our mailing list. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services.

Your choices

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you may opt out at any time. You may also email us to ask what information we hold about you, or to request that we delete it.

Children

The Tool is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
